Community-based training workshops have been proposed as a strategy to address reproductive health practices among teenage girls in South African townships. A comprehensive search was conducted using databases such as PubMed and Web of Science. Studies were included if they reported outcomes related to teenage pregnancy reduction after attending these workshops. Community-based training workshops showed a significant decrease in teenage pregnancies (p < 0.05) among participants, with an average reduction rate of 20% compared to baseline studies. The findings suggest that community-based training workshops can effectively reduce teenage pregnancy rates when implemented properly. Future research should focus on replicating these interventions in diverse settings and exploring long-term effects. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
