Community health centers in Senegal are crucial for addressing healthcare disparities. The current systems need evaluation to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative data collection via surveys and qualitative insights from focus groups. The study utilised a stratified random sampling technique for participants. In the survey phase, a significant proportion (65%) of respondents reported improved access to healthcare services post-intervention compared to pre-intervention levels. The findings suggest that community health centre systems in Senegal can be significantly enhanced through targeted interventions and ongoing support. Future research should focus on sustainability strategies for these centers, with particular emphasis on financial management and staff training programmes. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
