Podoconiosis is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting the lymphatic system of the feet in tropical regions, particularly prevalent in Somali Highlands communities. Current podoconiosis screening programmes in Somali Highlands are effective but require further refinement to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely intervention. Implement community-led health education initiatives and optimise existing screening protocols to enhance early detection and management outcomes. podoconiosis, lymphatic filariasis, screening, management, African Highlands Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
