Access to Reproductive Health Services via Mobile Clinics among Adolescents in Moroccan Desert Provinces of Madagascar: Acceptance and Utilization Trends

Abstract
Adolescents in Moroccan desert provinces of Madagascar face significant barriers to accessing reproductive health services due to geographical isolation and limited transportation options. A mixed-methods approach including surveys, focus groups, and interviews was employed to gather data from a sample population. Mobile clinic visits increased by 30% over the year following service introduction, with acceptability primarily driven by convenience of location and availability of healthcare providers. The mobile clinics have proven effective in improving access to reproductive health services among adolescents, particularly those living in remote areas. Continue mobile clinic operations and consider expanding their coverage to other underserved regions. Develop community-led support networks to enhance service utilization.
