Abstract

Rural clinics in Ghana face challenges related to resource availability and patient outcomes. A randomized field trial was conducted with 100 participants at four randomly selected rural clinics. Data collection included patient demographics, health indicators, and treatment efficacy measures. Patients treated in the intervention group showed a significant improvement in recovery times by 25% compared to controls (p < 0.05). The randomized field trial demonstrated that targeted interventions can significantly enhance clinical outcomes at rural clinics. Further research should explore long-term sustainability and cost-effectiveness of the implemented strategies. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
