Abstract

Community health centers in Ethiopia face challenges related to service delivery efficiency. A randomized controlled trial (RCT) was conducted among 100 community health centres across Ethiopia. Participants were randomly assigned to either an intervention group or control group. Initial analysis indicated a significant increase in service delivery efficiency by 25% in the intervention groups compared to controls, with a 95% confidence interval of [18%, 32%]. The trial demonstrated that targeted interventions can enhance community health centre performance. Further research should explore scalability and cost-effectiveness of these interventions across different regions in Ethiopia. Community Health Centers, Randomized Field Trial, Service Yield Improvement, Confidence Interval Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
