Abstract

Pan-Africanism is a movement that seeks to unite all African peoples in solidarity and promote their collective interests. A survey of 500 Kenyan residents across various regions was conducted using an online questionnaire. Approximately 60% of respondents identified economic disparities as the most significant challenge to Pan-Africanism in Kenya, while 45% highlighted cultural homogenization as a threat. Pan-Africanism faces both obstacles and potential for growth in Kenyan contexts, necessitating tailored strategies from policymakers and community leaders. Policymakers should prioritise equitable resource distribution to mitigate economic disparities. Community engagement is vital to address cultural homogenization through inclusive policies.
