Abstract

Community health centers (CHCs) in Nigeria are pivotal for delivering healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their operational efficiency and effectiveness remain underexplored. A mixed-method approach was employed, including quantitative data analysis from standardised patient feedback surveys (\(N=500)\) and qualitative interviews with healthcare providers (\(n=20)\). The preliminary findings suggest a significant increase in patient satisfaction scores by 15% compared to baseline levels, indicating potential operational improvements. Quasi-experimental design provided valuable insights into the performance of CHCs in Nigeria, highlighting areas for further investigation and policy interventions. Further research should focus on long-term impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses to support sustainable healthcare delivery.
