Abstract
The University System in African contexts faces unique challenges due to historical legacies, resource constraints, and cultural differences. A qualitative approach involving literature review and expert interviews to analyse existing policies and practices in Moroccan HEIs. This framework highlights the importance of fostering partnerships between universities and industry stakeholders to enhance knowledge transfer and utilization. Policy makers should prioritise investment in research infrastructure and promote collaborative initiatives among Moroccan HEIs.
