This study examines the economic benefits of sustainable agriculture practices among smallholder farmers in Ethiopia's highlands. Data were collected through structured interviews with a stratified random sample of 150 smallholder farmers over five seasons, employing econometric models for analysis. Farmers reported an average annual increase in crop yields by 20% compared to conventional methods, leading to a 30% boost in household income. Sustainable agriculture practices significantly enhance the economic resilience of smallholder farmers in Ethiopian highlands. Government and development agencies should promote sustainable farming techniques through subsidies and training programmes.
