Abstract
Nomadic villages in northern Ghana face unique challenges regarding legal education due to their remote locations and nomadic lifestyle. The theoretical framework aims to guide practical applications in future empirical research by providing a robust structure for assessing the impact of gender-neutral legal education programmes in nomadic villages.
