The Pedagogical Potentials of Business Education in Nurturing Entrepreneurship Within Uganda's Context
Abstract
The academic landscape in Uganda is evolving to include more specialized business education programmes aimed at preparing students for professional roles in various sectors. The study will employ a qualitative analysis approach, drawing on existing literature and case studies from Ugandan universities to identify key pedagogical elements that support entrepreneurship development. This theoretical framework underscores the importance of integrating real-world applications into traditional business curricula to enhance the effectiveness of pedagogical interventions aimed at nurturing innovation and enterprise within Uganda’s educational system. Future research should focus on evaluating these pedagogical approaches through empirical studies, while policymakers may consider incentivizing institutions that demonstrate successful integration of entrepreneurship education components in their curriculum design.
