Abstract
In Kampala, Uganda, waste management programmes have been implemented to address environmental challenges and improve public health. The study employed semi-structured interviews with stakeholders including residents, waste collectors, and local government officials to gather qualitative data. Residents expressed significant concerns about the cleanliness and safety of their neighborhoods post-programme implementation.
