Theoretical Foundations for Evaluating Anti-Discrimination Policies in Sexual Harassment Cases within Kenyan Public Workplaces, 2003
Abstract
This study examines anti-discrimination policies in sexual harassment cases within Kenyan public workplaces, focusing on legal frameworks and their effectiveness. A critical review of existing anti-discrimination laws and case studies in Kenya will be conducted to construct the theoretical model. Theoretical framework highlights the need for robust enforcement mechanisms and community engagement to enhance anti-discrimination policies' effectiveness. Recommendation includes strengthening legal penalties and increasing public awareness campaigns on sexual harassment.
