Abstract

This report examines the implementation of educational technology solutions for remote learning in Libyan rural areas, focusing on the challenges and opportunities presented by digital education in underserved regions. A mixed-methods approach involving surveys, focus groups, and pilot testing was employed to gather data on the effectiveness of proposed edTech solutions. Pilot tests indicated a 70% improvement in student engagement when using interactive multimedia content compared to traditional methods. User satisfaction scores averaged 85% The implementation of educational technology significantly improved learning outcomes and user experience in remote Libyan rural areas, demonstrating the potential for digital education as an inclusive tool. Further research should be conducted on scalability and cost-effectiveness before full-scale deployment. Training programmes for teachers are essential to maximise edTech's impact. Model estimation used $\hat{\theta}=argmin_{\theta}\sum_i\ell(y_i,f_\theta(x_i))+\lambda\lVert\theta\rVert_2^2$, with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
