Abstract
Diabetes prevalence is increasing in rural Ethiopia, necessitating effective prevention strategies. Randomized controlled trial with baseline assessments, intervention delivery, and follow-up data collection. Communities demonstrated high acceptance of prevention programmes, promoting sustainable health improvements. Scale up successful interventions with community ownership and integrate them into existing healthcare systems.
